The staff were friendly and efficient, with special thanks to Astrid. Great location, short walk from the Louvre. Helpful concierge personnel. In-room entertainment by Bang and Olufsen. Truly a Five Star experience.

We stayed at a hotel in the heart of a popular street, which was perfect for shopping and exploring. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The room was spacious, the bathroom luxurious, and the service top-notch. We were impressed with the hotel's attention to detail, from personalized treats upon arrival to friendly advice throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options including gluten-free choices. We also enjoyed spending time in the beautiful garden area, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
The lobby lacked the same sense of style and luxury as the rest of the hotel.

Located in the heart of Paris, this hotel offers the perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a kettle for making our favorite tea. the pool, steam room, and gym provided a relaxing and refreshing break after a long day of sightseeing.
The breakfast experience was the only aspect that fell short of our expectations. The service seemed overwhelmed and could have been more attentive.

I had the most amazing experience at the Mandarin in Paris. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to all the must-see attractions in the city. The staff made me feel so welcome, from the doormen remembering my name to the friendly front desk team who greeted me warmly every time I returned to the hotel. The restaurant staff were really good, remembering my breakfast preferences from the day before. The rooms were luxurious, and I fell in love with the bath products from diptyque. The spa was fantastic, and I was thrilled to find out they had a pool. The courtyard garden was a magical escape from the ordinary, with its beautiful flowering trees, fountains, and cozy seating areas. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything in the city. Being located between two metro stations made it very convenient for exploring. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the modern features I needed. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were always helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return.
That the concierge was unable to book a taxi to Versailles during the protests.

The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, ensuring a comfortable stay. The facilities were great, including an excellent pool and gym. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city on the popular street Saint-Honoré. We loved the convenience of being within walking distance of many attractions and having numerous good restaurants nearby.

This hotel is a haven of luxury and exclusivity. the service is impeccable, with staff greeting you by name and fulfilling your every need. the spa centre is exceptional, offering a range of treatments including full body massages and beauty treatments.
The only minor issue we had was the noise from other guests who were hosting a party late into the night, which made it difficult to sleep.
